This site uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the performance of advertising and to build audiences for advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel can record page views, scroll depth, clicks on purchase buttons and completed purchases, together with a cookie identifier and your IP address, and transmits them to Meta, which may act as an independent or joint controller for that processing.
You can opt out at any time through your browser settings, a Global Privacy Control signal, or Meta's own ad settings. See the Cookie Policy for the full list and controls.
We do not sell your personal data for money. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified.
We and our providers operate in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be transferred outside your country. For transfers of EU, EEA, UK or Swiss data to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may request a copy of the safeguards at the contact address above.
You have the right to: access your data; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to processing, including profiling for direct marketing; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent. To exercise any of them, email support@wowdessert.studio. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
Depending on your state — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and others with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. To opt out, enable a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, block third-party cookies, or email us with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorisation.
This site and the course are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to customer data to people who need it, and rely on established providers for payments and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
