If the course is not for you, email support@wowdessert.studio within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain why, fill in a form, or return anything.
This policy applies to every purchase of the digital course Edible Flowers Made Easy made through this website, worldwide. It is offered voluntarily by us and sits alongside — never instead of — any refund or cancellation right you have under the law of your own country.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Once submitted, banks and card issuers typically post the money back within 5–10 business days; that final step is controlled by your bank, not by us.
When a refund is issued, your access to the course content ends. Any material you downloaded before the refund must be deleted, and the licence granted in our Terms of Service terminates.
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase fall outside this guarantee. We still read every message: if something on our side went wrong — you were charged twice, you never received access, the product was not what the page described — write to us and we will make it right regardless of the date.
Consumers in the EU/EEA normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right — which is what you confirm at checkout. Our 14-day guarantee above is deliberately at least as generous, so in practice you keep a 14-day window either way.
The same structure applies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here limits your rights to content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
This guarantee is contractual and is offered in addition to any rights you hold under applicable state or federal consumer protection law.
If something is wrong, one email solves it faster than a chargeback and costs you nothing. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we would rather refund you directly than argue through a payment processor.
